Report: 002 - Credit Card Form

Continuation of the premise of a service ticket app, this page is meant to come up at the end of a service call. A pretty standard credit card format, and I accomplished this much quicker than yesterday.

In practice, I see this page auto-filling if the technician happens to have a card reader, and I would love to explore the page layouts for the itemized receipts because invoicing is such a vital part of the service industry, I think simplifying that to an aesthetic page would be a nice challenge.

Possible updates:
- I left the topband pretty wide because I think there should be something more, but I don't know what
- also that back button is kind of sad; I tried to incorporate the logo arrow, but I don't know if I'm 100% sold on that
