The core objective of a dashboard is to make complex information accessible and easy to digest.

Therefore, the interface presenting the data should be clean and straightforward in order to minimize users’ cognitive load and time spent searching.

Instead of putting abstract charts and graphs, I decided here to take a different approach on focus on actionable insights. So an employee can come in see:

A. What they've accomplished
B. What tasks are assigned to them
C. What actions they need to take today
