Spotify as a music streaming app offers some features that make it unique from other music streaming apps out there. It features playlists tailored to the listeners’ tastes and so much more. The creation of a full retail store environment will allow Spotify to broaden its reach and create a memorable brand experience that isn’t restricted to a phone screen.
