Browser Exploration

There are a few things going on here, each will probably need a bit of explaining individually which I'll do at a later point in more detail.

At a high level, the browser should be less imposing and opinionated on the page it is displaying and allow pages to impose controls, colours, themeing, and safe requests for user identity details such as profiles and payment details. No need for checkout processes or account screens any more etc.
