Jump Transit - How it works page

This shot demonstrates a one-pager that passengers may find helpful in understanding the simplicity of the Jump Transit system.

Riders can book a trip through their phone app or by calling into the dispatch hotline. Once booked, a light transit vehicle will pick them up at their desired pickup location and they'll be taken to their final destination, either directly or through a transfer.

Instead of larger buses, this service operates using two types of vehicles (both of which are fully accessible and are able to travel to any location):
- Small minivans that can pick up passengers at their door or specific location, and
- slightly larger transit vehicles that can service popular travel routes and destinations

Combined, the system finds the most efficient, sustainable, and accessible route for all passenger's rides using the appropriate transit vehicles. The best part is, as ridership increases so does efficiency.
