Explore your competition regularly! 🤓 But why? _ We should not only look at the competition from a negative side. We can learn a lot from our colleagues that can be useful in our further work. _ They can be our inspiration, motivation, source of new information and strategy. If we know the competition well, we will also know where we stand. While we are doing that, we should not compare ourselves too much with others, because our competition can be on the same level as us, on a higher or lower level. It really doesn't matter.
