Chesterfield Auto Parts - User Testing

It might look like a bit of a mess but we underneath all of that wiring is a robust testing prototype for the point of sale application we’re building for Chesterfield Auto Parts. We use these prototypes for usability testing, where we evaluate our design decisions against a set of users that are representative of our users to test if our assumptions are correct.

As this testing kicked off at the same time as the current pandemic situation, we had to utilize remote testing via video chat and screen share which made the process more difficult but no less useful.
