Targeting investors and experienced home builders, a full rebrand rollout repositioned Costas Constructions as industry leading multi-unit developers for the East Melbourne region. One of the key brand strategies was to highlight greater ROI for investors when using complete project management solutions for the full building project lifecycle. Through expert services, streamlined processes and faster turnaround times, investors could increase their development profits and start their next project sooner. To communicate this we used animated graphic comparisons of Costas versus average industry development timeframes. Project deliverables included a full rebrand and roll-out of office, building site and vehicle signage.
