Richmond Tigers Digital Art – Dustin Martin

Ever since I was five years old, I’ve been a diehard Richmond Tigers supporter. And, when Richmond put out a request for supporters to submit artwork they’ve created for #TigerArtFriday on social media, I had no hesitation!

Dustin is one of (if not) the best AFL players in the league. A two time Premiership player with the Richmond Football Club, two time Norm Smith Medalist, Brownlow Medal winner, multiple All Australian – the list really does go on and on. A midfield / forward, who has brute strength, a penetrating kick and sublime football smarts. Designing artwork based around ‘Dusty’ wasn’t difficult, and I tried to capture the passionate, tattoo-covered yet highly skilled footballer.
