Type exploration

I've always loved the old hand lettered pieces you see from the late 1800's and early 1900's so to do something for the dribbble debut and learn a bit more about lettering, I deconstructed the type on an old insurance cover and used that to create the letters in the same style to help learn more about the thought process and construction of the letterforms and ornamentation.
