Many times we have fallen into the dilemma of whether design is the same as art and whether they can go hand in hand? _ What is their main difference? _ Art can exist for the sake of art. It provokes emotions, reactions, asks a lot of questions to which we sometimes do not have to give answers. They just exist. _ Design, on the other hand, has to answer a multitude of questions. How does something work, does it work, is it easy to use, what is its purpose, does it fulfill that purpose, is it visually appealing, etc. _ As designers, we certainly need to be able to ask as many questions as possible, but also to answer those questions. Our clients will probably ask much more than we can think of. 😄 However, through experience, collaboration with many users, colleagues and clients, over time we learn to ask a million questions that we can answer with just one good design. 👌
