Sense Learn: In-app educational content

We've released a new 'Learn' feature: adding contextual educational content into the Sense mobile app.

This batch of articles focuses on helping users understand how to take action and save money, specifically around how to use the Power Meter, understanding Always On energy, and tracking down energy hogs.

We're excited to get this functionality into the app so that we can more easily expand this library in the future.
