Dreams In A Bottle

Inspired by a view I had watching the setting sun over my empty bottle of an evening beer.
Mixing a fluid liquid amalgams of bold red and blue against an organic blend of paper and gesinki ink to bring boldness to the focal point. I particularly like to overemphasise the gritty ness of the shadow to add a sense of human roughness to the work which alongside the askew rectangle and edges contrast to the smooth and calculated traditional minimal art.

The illusion of depth (created with the flat background and bottle shadows) and a simple noise texture makes the bottle pop out and grabs attention.
