Howdy guys. Why can't you be scalable without a "one source of truth"?

Not so long ago, we've helped with an answer to this question asked by Jon-Michael, a co-founder of PadSplit. PadSplit is a U.S. based, housing provider startup, with a total number of 40+ employees. They provide an opportunity for people to get affordable housing with a single bill a week.

Being design-oriented, Jon experienced a problem with a team disjoint communication and loss of a design "North-star" shared across all product departments. As a result, we've helped these guys by constructing their design system, and so with organizing their design processes. Having a total of $4.6M they're getting to ready enter their Series A round.
