Inspired by Tiki cocktails, Tiki Tart is a sour ale with Passionfruit, Pink Guava, & Lime. I drew inspiration from cocktail culture. The pattern evokes cocktails on a beach, not cocktails in a Michelin star restaurant. Approachable & fun
