About art direction

It is not necessary to have super-grand character design skills to build a well attractive character. Enough to develop your art direction skills. It's a little different profession. The whole charm is that you can take the simplest sketch and apply a specific way of clean and painting on it, maybe add textures with patterns, and your character will work well.
Just imagine how that girl may come to life.
And I spent literally only 2 minutes on sketch. And a little more to clean it :)
