May 9, Russia celebrates Victory Day over Nazi Germany in World War II. My great-grandfathers also took part in this, and I am very proud of it, and also proud of the feat of the entire Soviet people.
Nearly 42 million Soviet people died in this war.
As we talk about this with our children and grandchildren, the memory of this feat will live forever.
