Learning platform - Course overview

Hi guys!

All companies are interested in high-quality employees. A lot of companies help their employees to improve and gain new skills and knowledge through external webinars, workshops, and courses. And some of them have their own training departments who manage internal courses and workshops, create plans of the classes, and motivate the employees to be a trainer and a student. The same thing is relevant for the company in what I'm working in.

My company has a lot of highly professional engineers that like to share their knowledge and experience. Also, they like to study, improve, and gain new skills for current and future projects.

Our design team cooperated with the trainer department and try to improve the learning process by using Design Sprint methodology.

We conducted a series of interviews with trainer departments and our engineers, discovered pain points in the getting information process, and the issues in studying process flow. After that our design team could categorize and prioritize the issues and then worked on the solutions for each specific issue.

So now, you could see the result of our work. This is a part of the Learning platform where the users could check the specific course, read the overall information, understand who would be the trainer of the course, what the lesson topics and their agenda, and check the reviews of the previous students.
