Commonwealth Bank Concept

The logo redesign is a callback to the original Commonwealth Bank concept with concentric circles. The circle denotes a sense of community and trust. The expanding circles symbolise growth and accumulating wealth. I have chosen the sharp, elegant serif typeface for the wordmark because it invokes confidence and trust in the institution.
