Cast Iron Clan Logo

The Cast Iron Clan is not your typical group of hikers. But what makes us different? Well, we pack a 1.2 kilogram cast iron frying pan so we can cook up bacon and eggs during our adventures. However, this is all dependent on the cooking facilities at the huts we stay in - otherwise we would look a little bit silly.

Since we are a group from New Zealand, we wanted to show this within the logo. As you can see, the shape of New Zealand is created by the bacon and eggs in the frying pan.

The logo was designed using vector illustration, to create a truly unique look and feel.
