it's okay to stop
We can all agree, everything is just A Lot to deal with right now. I feel like things are more exhausting - social interactions (digital of course), household chores, 9-5 work...
I have been trying my darndest to keep my life as “normal” as I can during this whole #covid19 quarantine situation, but it’s hard. It’s stressful. It’s just, a lot.
That’s why I told myself over the long weekend last weekend that it is okay for me to just stop and not do anything. To not deep clean the house. To not pick up some new skill. To just take it slow.
And you know what I did instead? I slept. I binged my Netflix shows (I just finished Next In Fashion!). I ate what the heck I wanted to, no matter how unhealthy it was.
It is okay to stop! It’s okay to take a break! Your mental and physical health are just as important as your to-do list, if anything, it’s probably more important. Take care of yourself! 💜
