My favorite book is What is My Cat Thinking by Gwen Bailey.

I'm living with 5 cats now ,1 couple + 3 babies. They are Norwegian Forests. So here is my girl Mi. She is the young mother.

For this illustration, I did some experiment .
Given it a hint of Oriental Painting’s flavor.
Yet the details are modern ones.
