Urgency Prompt

To recover the outstanding amount through the online platform we have decided to create urgency and anxiety among the user for the outstanding payment.

The design helps to solve the problem at the front end. This restricts the view of the user to the screen to make the message louder. Though to avoid faulty user experience I decided to replace the high priority message with 2 or 3 depending on the outstanding amount.

User Interface Choices:
1. More white space in high urgency message to improve the readability.
2. Text of button as Pay Today to support the need of an hour.
3. The decision of the prompt hight was dependent on the elements that are present on the screen.
4. Illustration to get the attention of the user.
