Logo idea

fiddling with my own C.I. - I need feedback: does this look too much like a "STOP"sign? Have I inadvertently stole the look ? (i hope not) What do you think? My last name is "Roethe", hence the red. The "C" from my first name is hidden in the little curve on top of the letter "R".
