Case Tracking
Here's what the previous Dribbble shot ended up looking as in reality. Some things I did and things that happened:
• Led user experience and service design for an IT Service Management Information System. As a result, Glo-cal has adopted our project and overhauled their old system and process.
• Directed design discovery and research. Conducted contextual inquiry and 6 user interviews.
• Designed the user flows, interaction design, and optimized usability through user testing.
• Sourced the React developer for the project and made sure design specifications were communicated properly and implemented with a high quality.
• Elicited positive user feedback, emphasizing how case-tracking within the company has become more transparent, efficient, manageable, and even delightful
