Stretch it Out 🤸

YES! I finally realised that all those baking and cooking scrumptious meals throughout the quarantine period followed by gorging on them will end up adding more weight to my body! Hence I decided to exercise to kick those extra calories away 😌

I actually do some more difficult exercises that this one here (I swear!😅) But just to remind.. make sure you do a bit of exercising every day to boost your immunity as well!
