Document Read Status | UI Concept

So often we send out internal documents that we expect everyone on our team will read. But do they? The answer is usually no, but we don't know this. We don't know who has read our documents, when they read them, or who has yet to read them. This concept is my attempt at making people more accountable for reading their teammates documents, and at empowering the person who created the document to know the who, what, and when.
