For the Kentico design team, I had the pleasure of designing these checklists to help us with conducting research sessions, whether it's usability testing or user interviews.

The briefing checklist helps you put your participants at ease while making sure you don't forget anything important.
The debriefing checklist is for nicely wrapping up each session.
