Paint the Town

Generated for an Adobe Daily Creative Challenge for photoshop. The challenge was to use an image of your home town, and add gradient overlay to some of the buildings, in an effect of painting the town. My approach was to use the pen tool in Adobe Photoshop. The pen tool allowed me to make sharp, angular, geometric selections. After a selection was made, I applied a gradient overlay, and played with the adjustments to get the effect I was looking for.
