Emergency Preparedness Mobile App

This was my capstone project for an online MicroMasters program in Design Thinking from RIT. The brief was to use design thinking to address disaster relief. My city had just experienced a rare earthquake that had, in every sense, shaken the community. After interviews with the multiple neighbors and the city emergency preparedness specialist, I designed this app as a way for community members to become better aware of resources the city offered and to know who their local emergency contacts were. Users can also complete and compete in tasks to level up their household supplies and emergency resources.
