Baba (Father)

Yess, I call him baba. My major support system, inspiration and first ever teacher. He taught me many things which he learnt himself by practicing. He plays tabla and he can even write with his both hands which was too fascinating for me when I was a kid. Every evening he used to play tabla and that was my favourite thing. I used to sit on his lap holding his hands. He always used to say palying tabla is inherent in our family, I learnt from my dad and u will also learn. I also started playing tabla listening to him and later he pushed me to learn pakhawaj as well. He always wanted me to learn something other than tabla. Now whenever I go home we sit and discuss these stories and end them with nice little jamming session.
