Leadership UX

In my social impact class, one of the key difference I have learned from our community partner is that youth leadership isn't about being the boss of a group, a project, a campaign or an organisation.

Rather, youth leadership is about supporting individuals, groups, organisations and movements to tell their story, strengthen as a team, create a shared vision, work with others, connect to the wider world and learn how to use their passion effectively to make change.

Together we are working to help guide this generation of leaders to take on the challenges facing our world and our future.
