McLaren healthcare neuromodulation project

When working with health products the time to market and the development cycles become very long. And this is specially true to products in this area that are still on the verge of being science fiction for most people.

Having a go at the planning and watch it grow from quarters to years is a common thing, meaning one of the biggest challenges is to keep up the motivation in the face of such a long period of development.

We went back to planning for Phase 2 of the project, trying to bring as many learnings as possible from Phase 1, to make sure we could at least streamline the all process as much as possible.

It also helped that by this stage, most of us had already quite a lot of experience with the technology, the processes and requirements of this huge project.
