Yo me llamo Cumbia

Yo me llamo cumbia ~ 5 years ago at my farewell party, my brother told me: "Do not forget where you are coming from". I was 24 at the time, and I have to admit sometimes while you are adapting and fitting in a new country, the tendency is to push down those essential things that wherewith you while growing up. Be Colombian is what makes me different and I should be proud of it. Today on a rainy day I feel nostalgic about what is happening around the world. I decided to illustrate a Palenquera - black woman who sells delicious fruits 🍉 🍍 🥭 on the street of Cartagena, just to bring some color from mi Tierra 🎨✨
