3point5 - New Brand Tiles

A new tile design for www.3point5.com members. Made some usability improvements to the tile centered around touch enabled devices such as:

1. Added an indicator arrow for an additional information popover as aposed to a hover on entire logo.
2. Larger tile
3. Removed the gradient so its less distracting.
4. More breathing room around the logo.
5. Improved page load time due to asynchronous loading and improved css / js based development.

This update to the system should be released in the next few weeks.
