Time to say bonjour again π
It's been a long time. I wanted to keep bein pro-active here but I clearly failed. But that's fine.
Let's start again with something I teased you about in my last wave of shots. We're still working on it but we want to give sales people control and ways to improve themselves.
We think it might be a good idea trough data analysis :
Red dot analysis: They'll be able to see if their prospect is focus or not.
Call duration: Sales will be able to compare their calls and see how manage their time to sell.
Time per speaker: See if prospects are engaged, are asking questions, or if as a sale, you're speaking too much ;)
