Mystery Shack Bounce

Homework made for Motion Design School's Motion Beast Course - Lesson 2

The aim was to animate the appearance of an object by using bounce expressions. I love and also miss Gravity Falls and choosing Mystery Shack as my subject helped me reconnect with the show. It's my first attempt at a more serious illustration, I used references from different angles to bring all of it into a 2D style which I'm comfortable with. It's not perfect but it's become a very personal project.
