Looking for Feedback

I've finished and coded this design, I was hoping to have it up on ThemeForest but I keep getting the same vague copy and pasted response; "This submission simply isn't up to the quality we're looking for. It requires many improvements in term of design, visual hierarchy, typography, layout and its aesthetic quality. Your template does not provide a unique enough design with the necessary design quality, features and options to compete in the marketplace at this time. ".

It's well known that ThemeForest reviewers are pretty lazy and useless, one guy got his PSD turned down for using div tags rather than a HTML list?...

I was wondering what you thought I could do to improve this design, I'm really trying to get better and improve my skills, but it's hard when the only reasons given for rejection are as blank as a sheet of A4.
