DailyUI Challenge #36 - Special Offer

I was thinking about how to use a modal popup design for a special offer and one user scenario comes to mind. Visitors or repeat visitors to a product site gets the new announcement of a HUGE product discovery. Ultimately the user can either click on the X to close or even hover outside the container to proceed to the normal landing page.
