HelpingAgents App Prototype

For a Covid-19 Hackathon of the German government I created a concept and app prototype of a crowd-sourced call center. Users can participate as call agents by registering via phone number and setting their online status to 'available'. From this moment on the user is part of a queue of call agents to which callers of a hotline number will be connected to randomly. In this way the user can support elder people without proper internet knowledge to access digital help services...

A functional prototype (progressive web app) has been implemented during the hackathon using Angular, Python and Twilio API and is available at https://helpingagents.de/
