Real Estate Development - The Golden Belt District of Durham

Here's the homepage design for Golden Belt, a former mill that used to produce the bags for the tobacco makers throughout our city. Golden Belt was purchased and redeveloped in the early 2000s, but ownership traded hands a few years ago. The new developers added on by redeveloping another building that was formerly occupied by the Scrap Exchange. It is now Hi-Wire Brewery, Summerstage and the home for many new businesses. The Scrap Exchange folks have done a bit of development on their own over in Lakewood. We love getting the change to touch history with our projects. This was a lot of fun.
