Seoul International Film Festival - Visual Identity
Carried out a complete rebranding of the festival in celebration of its 10th season. The logo is based on traditional Korean Art, and the typeface, Comfortaa, was selected for its ability to produce both English and Korean figures well.
I personally designed the new logo and branding. I also created much of the graphic design for the marketing materials.
There are actually two looks here. We started with a redesign on the branding, which is black, white and a deep red. The second look is black and shades of aqua and purple. That was specific to the 2019 festival, with the idea being that every year going forward would feature a new color scheme but the SIFF branding itself would not change.
