JUMP Citizen - Track Issue

One of explorations I had as part of JUMP Citizen project. The north star goal was getting user to care of their vehicle. One idea I had was giving users full visibility of the progress of their report. They can also directly communicate with support agent to resolve issue it needed. In that way, they can start building ownership for the vehicle they rode.
