Natuurlijk leiderschap

Hi guys, this is my first shot! This was a design I made a while ago for someone who's practicing natural leadership courses. She talked a lot about geese and the way they show leadership (switching seats, let others take responsability) and she talked to het students in natural environment. She lives nearby forrest and loves birch-trees. I decided to put the goose (white) in the middle (the leader who is not realy displaying him/herself in the front seat) surrounded by the colours of leaves from birches. Hope my english is fine.
