Reach - Connect to your favorite Content Creators

One of the most challenging problems that we've faced in Reach was " How Content Creators can deal with 1000+ income messages every day without spending the whole time in Reach? " 🧐

And here are solutions that we've found for resolving this question:

1. We've added tagging ability to Stars' Inbox Search. This will help to find the same-topic messages for the Content Creator.

2. We've created "Categories". This will give the ability to sort messages in different categories, so the Star can concentrate on one topic at the time.

There are also more solutions for such a complex User Experience problem, but we will talk about others later. 🤓
