Shottford renovation

The concept of this renovation was organize, optimize and energize. The Ground floor was reorganized to clean the main areas so the toilet, rooms and storage becomed bigger. Now each room has their own big wardrobe. The hall is more clean and tidy.

On the first floor, the staircase is now open, giving much more light to every area and a bigger sense of the space. Now every area of the house has more space and more light. 

Option 1 adds another wc on the first floor which is useful for the rooms located there. Also has an additional 4th room, so the apartment was a three bedroom unit and now is a four bedroom unit. each room with their own generous storage space.

The living area is open and integrated with the kitchen.

Option 2 becomes a 2 bedroom apartment with a huge kitchen and living area. The Ground floor remains the same while the First floor is optimized into a large Kitchen full of light and a cozy and elegant living room and dining room with an extra useful wc.
