The New York Department of Buildings contains the most up-to-date information about real estate complaints, but their system is very old and hard to use.

In this beautifully-designed app, we’re creating a new experience for property owners to get alerted of new complaints in real-time as soon as their are filed, enabling them to respond and fix those issues before they get fined by the city.
