Responsive Grid system

Responsive approach design, how it can be possible to show desktop application to mobile application with one single layout,

Aligning the design with grid columns by maintaining the consistence in the layout within the grid will give our designs a responsive approach layouts,

Here, I have designed the grid behaviors on the devices prospective, even developers will use the same grid approach for the responsiveness.
