BukaBantuan e-Learning
Customer care is the frontliner that have to know companies product knowledge well. Therefore, Bukalapak served a knowledge kit, conducts training, and refreshment test to maintain CS quality. But, at that all targets, The system runs still manually by gsuit & gsites. Many things over controlled such if g-site having problem the knowledge kit cannot be acces. Then the cheated CS agent while test is can't be controlled. this is the background of BukaBantuan e-Learning creation.
This ideation won 1st place in internal competition CIC (CSM Innovation Contest), held by Customer satisfaction management Bukalapak on 2018. Happy to remake this project
