    Context: This project is for the call center from a banking system client. Call center reps of banks are usually under a lot of pressure and emotionally discouraged. They need to deal with customer complaints, questions, negative feedbacks all the time, and that can lead to a high turnover rate or unproductivity, and ultimately high cost to the company.

    The theme I came up with for this project is a space exploration challenge. All individuals and teams who hit their talk-off goals will be rewarded with a themed prize. I created a 36x72 in standee and other collaterals such as a teaser poster, official poster, rule card, a notebook with space stamps, and a silkscreen-printed tote bag.

    The outcome: the game received a lot of good feedback from the call center reps and the campaign was successful.

    My role: Sole designer for design concept and all collaterals.
